BIBBING TIPS on LOCKING in WATERFALL BOULDERS and USING less FOAM | Avenger Pond

Have you ever wondered how the pros properly bib in liner into tight places? Here's a method that works incredibly well.....

There are many techniques that can be used to do what we did here, but we wanted to really lock these stones into place. By using this method, you can do a better job locking the rock into place, the seal will better with age as the underlayment clogs up, and you will use less foam.

This spillway will have about 18-20,000 gallons per hour flowing over it so we aren't that worried about water seeping through the underlayment.

If it becomes a problem, we can always cut a piece of scrap liner to fit the void, lay a foam bead around the perimeter, and lay the liner on top of the foam bead adhering the liner to the underlayment and completing a tighter seal.
