3,500 SqFt, 4Bhk fusion house designed by Rajesh Ranka

This is an elegant 4 bhk apartment built by merging two 2 bhk apartments . It was a huge design challenge to create a blend which is seamless and makes perfect design sense. This space has amazing natural ventilation from all sides of the house and ample natural light through the day. The furniture of the house is interestingly recycled and blended from the client’s old house and this could be observed in various doors, grooves and ceiling pluffs in the house. This is a beautiful combination of a contemporary and a classic retro fitted house. The swing that sits well between the study and the temple creates a beautiful and a relaxing corner in the house. The balconies are also used as a multipurpose GYM. The dining area is paired with an informal seating by the windows to enjoy a morning coffee. The house is highly social yet has its privacy and seclusion.
