The Canadian Ginger Company in Fisherville, Ontario harvests ginger, tumeric and many more things in their greenhouse. The company started when owner Cindy Mueller was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. As she started taking a lot of ginger for that, she decided that they would start to grown their own, which is very uncommon here. They now sell the ginger locally, and when Tim Bolen visited the greenhouse he found out what makes their ginger different.
