Pav Bhaji Recipe | Instant Pav Bhaji | easy Mumbai Street style pav bhaji | पाव भाजी रेसिपी

Ingredients:
6 soaked Kashmiri Red Chillies
6-7 Garlic Cloves
Salt as per taste
Approx 150 gm Cauliflower, cut into small florets
1 small Carrot, cut into pieces
1/2 Beetroot, cut into pieces
3 medium size Potatoes, cut into cubes
1/2 cup Green Peas
1/2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
1 cup + more Water
1 tbs + more Butter
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
2 medium sized finely chopped Onions
1 medium sized finely chopped Capsicum
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1.5 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
4 medium sized chopped Tomatoes
1/2 cup Water
Finely chopped Coriander & Onion (to garnish)
1 Lemon Juice

Method :
Soak 6 Kashmiri Red Chillies in warm water for 3 hours
Add little Water
Add 6-7 Garlic Cloves
Add Salt as per taste
Coarsely grind it to make chutney & keep aside
Further take a pressure cooker
Add approx 150 gm Cauliflower, cut into small florets
Add 1 small Carrot, cut into pieces
Add 1/2 Beetroot, cut into pieces
Add 3 medium size Potatoes, cut into cubes
Add 1/2 cup Green Peas
Add 1/2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
Add Salt as per taste
Add 1 cup Water and pressure cook up to 3-4 whistles
Heat 1 tbs Butter in a pan
Add 1 tsp Oil
Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Add 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
Add 2 medium sized finely chopped Onions
Fry well and add 1 medium sized finely chopped capsicum
Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Add 1.5 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
Add 1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
Add Salt to taste and mix well
Add 4 medium sized chopped Tomatoes
Add Mirchi Chutney prepared
Mash cooked veggies and add them into pan
Add 1/2 cup Water and mix it
Cook on medium heat for 5 min
Add some finely chopped Coriander
Turn off the heat and squeeze 1 Lemon
Pav bhaji is ready now
Further to toast Pav, heat Butter on the pan
Sprinkle a little Pav Bhaji Masala
Add some chopped coriander
Place cut Pav on it and leave them for a while
Take Pav Bhaji on a serving plate
Enjoy Mouth-Watering Pav Bhaji with chopped Onion & Coriander
