Sunday September 15th 2024 Everett Railroad ran a rare excursion down the Bedford Branch. This line started at Brooks Mills near East Freedom/PA36 and ran all the way to Hyndman, and State Line, PA with a possible connection to Cumberland as well. The line ends next to the Sheetz Warehouse in Sproul/Claysburg.
With the return trip, I believe the steam engine was unattached on the fly near the shop in Claysburg.
