Vegetable Chop Recipe ( Odia ) | Vegetable Cutlet Recipe | Veg Cutlet Recipe : Vegetable chop ( veg cutlet or vegetable cutlet ) is a very popular street food in India. But here I have shown the very crispy and delicious way of making Odisha street style vegetable chop ( veg cutlet ) in this video. This vegetable chop is my favourite snack too. It is prepared with lots of vegetables such as beetroot , carrot , potato etc. Along with that some spices , nuts and dry fenugreek leaves. It is easy to make within less time. So, try and enjoy this mouthwatering snack during winter or monsoon with tomato sauce.

Ingredients:
1. Boiled potato - 2 ( Big )
2. Chopped beetroot - 1 ( Big )
3. Chopped carrot - 1 ( Big )
4. Chopped onion - 1 ( Medium )
5. Chopped green chili - 2
6. Crushed ginger and garlic - 1 tbsp
7. Roasted peanut - 2 tbsp or you can take raw peanut also
8. Raw semolina / Sooji - ( 2 - 3 tbsp ) for coating chops
9. Raw vermicelli - 1 tsp
10. Cornflour - ( 2 - 3 tbsp )for coating chops
11. Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 tsp
12. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
13. Garam masala - 1 tsp
14. Salt to taste
15. Refined oil - for frying the masala and vegetable chops
