Xbox One S All Digital Randomly SHUTTING DOWN + Faulty CONTROLLER - Can I FIX Them?

Here we have a faulty Xbox One All Digital which randomly shuts down. Also the controller is acting weird. I believe they were purchased faulty from eBay.
Can they both be fixed?
