Egg White Breakfast Quesadillas or Egg White Omelet Quesadilla is a healthy breakfast quesadilla recipe that is so damn good! Packed with Non-Meat Protein such as Eggs and Cheese this Omelette quesadilla recipe is something that can be a part of your Flexitarian Diet. This recipe uses no tortillas at all. Rather instead of tortillas, I have used Egg whites to make an omelet. This works like healthy tortillas and tastes so delicious. Also, it's naturally gluten-free, Keto-friendly, Low Carb, and high in macro proteins.

Materials
4 eggs whites separated keep the yolk aside for some other recipe.
2-3 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning homemade or storebought
½ medium green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper (each) finely chopped (approximately 1 cup)
¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
non-stick cooking spray to grease the skillet
red pepper flakes for garnish (OPTIONAL)
Instructions
Preheat a skillet with non-stick cooking spray to about 158-160°F or 70°C on medium-high heat.
whisk egg whites in a bowl and pour them into the skillet. Add everything bagel seasoning. Don't touch for 2-3 minutes and let it become a fluffy omelet.
Add chopped bell pepper and shredded Mozzarella Cheese on one side of the omelet.
Use a slotted spatula to fold it in half. Press it down with your spatula. Flip over and cook the other side as well. (If you are worried that the omelet might break open if you flip, then there is no need to flip).
Get it out on a plate and use a pizza cutter to cut them in the shape of a quesadilla. Dunk in ketchup and enjoy it right away.
