Parents call for action after teacher accused of mocking deaf student

Parents are calling for action after allegations that a teacher mocked a deaf student at the Phoenix Day School for the Deaf. The teacher was disciplined. Parents say the teacher reacted to the student making sounds by saying the student sounded like a zoo animal. Video discussing the alleged incident were also posted on social media.
