If we want to honor our bodies and minds with abundantly nutritious food we must focus our energy on sourcing nutritious whole, natural foods at every opportunity.

While Nutrition is a critical aspect of overall wellness it is also impacted by five other critically important areas of wellness. At Clear Impact we focus on a Holistic and Natural approach to wellness because that's how we evolved to be healthy.

A Holistic approach is the idea of considering all key areas of wellness as our bodies and minds work in harmony, not as individual silos. When we take a holistic approach, focusing on breath, sleep, nutrition, movement, environment and human connection we see far better results far more easily.

That being said, if you really want to break out of your cycle of self sabotage, you must first focus on two core areas of wellness.

In our modern culture there is so much stress hitting us from all sides that most of us suffer from a deregulated nervous system, resulting in some of the following symptoms.

Low Energy, brain fog, mental and physical exhaustion, powerful cravings for our bad habits, depression, anxiety amongst many others. In this state it is almost impossible to stick with any wellness efforts.

Modern problems call for modern solutions. In these stressful times we must first remove the obstacles that are keeping us stuck. We must first get our nervous system back to being regulated and then we must reduce the volume of our noisy negative monkey mind.

First, we calm the nervous system. We use a powerful tool called HeartFlow breathing to calm the nervous system and escape from stress in the moments of the day you need it the most.

Second, activate a vision of who you choose to be in this life. When we activate a vision we start to attract and manifest the life we want instead of the life we have been repeating over and over again.
