Sohum Living Soil - Water Only Soil - Breakdown and Opening

I recently announced that the next run in the garden was going to be a combination of Organic soil and Living soil in a side-by-side test. One of those soils will be the Sohum Living Soil, which is a water-only recipe. No need to add nutrients from bottles or top dressing, everything I need is in the bag..... or is it?
