Hi everyone! In this video I will be showing you how to make this pastel rainbow backdrop. All I have used for this decoration is paper & crepe paper. The things I will be making in this video are:
1. Paper fan decoration also known as paper rosette
2. Crepe paper streamers

You can use this birthday decoration for any other occasion as well. Simply just as you wish! Because it is a rainbow theme decoration you can use it for multiple occasions. You can also use it for example as an Easter decoration to make your spring or summer atmosphere colorful.
