The Waking Shores Tour requires flying each of the race courses in the Waking Shores. Mostly silver and one gold ranking. This shows you can still obtain silver with a couple of stuff-ups and some lag. The silver achievement rewards the Drake Customization: Renewed Proto-Drake - Red Hair.

The advanced version requires every speed boost used along the way. Completing the Dragon Racing Completionist – Silver meta achievement rewards the Bronze Racing Enthusiast (battle pet).

DRAGONRACING TIPS
Although you don't need to fill out your whole dragonriding tree for you to complete the basic races, it does make the advanced races a little easier
You don't need to fly through the middle of the rings, that can stuff you up if they are close to the ground or other terrain. Just touching the edges can shave a little bit of time here and there.
The green swirlies give you one charge of Vigor.
