I’m receiving many questions from patients about Anktiva and the recent claims circulating online.
Here are the facts:

✔ Anktiva is FDA-approved only for one bladder-cancer group: BCG-unresponsive high-risk non–muscle invasive bladder cancer (CIS), used with BCG.
✔ It is not approved for other stages or other cancers.
✔ Trials in lung, pancreas, prostate, and other tumors are still ongoing and not yet proven in phase 3 studies.
✔ The speaker in the viral video is the drug company owner

As an independent oncologist, my responsibility is to provide honest, evidence-based guidance.
New treatments are exciting, but they must be supported by real clinical data—not media promotion.
