In this video, I’m going to tackle 6 of the most common red meat myths that is spread by vegan propaganda and big food companies.

Red Meat has to be one of the most villainized food that we have particularly in the American diet. That red meat is bad for you is just not true. Does red meat cause cancer? The answer is no.

Virtually all these red meat myths come from two places. One is vegan propaganda and number two is big food propaganda. (Hint) he food companies want you to eat more grains and more sugar because they create all the products that they create have grains and sugar in them.

Red Meat is not bad for you and red meat is not carcinogenic.

I've been exploring this idea of a carnivore diet but let me be clear I'm not advocating the carnivore diet. I am still advocating Clovis, my nutrition plan that is 60% fat 30% protein 10% carbohydrate ratio.

I want to be clear that when I say red meat I am talking about ethically raised animals. I am talking about 100% grass-fed grass-finished pasture-raised animals. These are happy healthy animals that live a beautiful life and they are killed cruelty-free and one death can feed me easily for over a year.

It’s an amazing system, regenerative agriculture.

When I say red meat I'm talking about real red meat as found in nature. I'm not talking about feedlot cattle which is confined animal feeding operations.
