Welcome to today's 15 minute upper body dumbbell workout! You'll need two pairs of dumbbells (one on the lighter side for your arms and the other on the heavier side for your back and shoulders).

What's up, Achievers?! Lauren here with a slightly new format - instead of explaining all of the exercise upfront, I actually quickly explain the exercise coming up ahead during the rest interval. This made the class a lot more efficient but let me know if you like the lengthier explanations!

Here's the workout:

*45s/25s x 3 rounds*

Sumo Stance Bent Over Alternating Row
Seesaw Press
Biceps Curls (3) to Front Raise (1)
Hooklying Triceps Extensions

Boom! Quick upper body workout for your back, arms, and shoulders done in 15 minutes!
