These Honey Cookies are a deliciously sweet cookie recipe with a lovely honey flavor throughout. I love the soft and chewy middle and irresistibly crispy edges. So easy to make, and you only need a handful of ingredients; they come together easily in a few steps, and you don’t need a ton of ingredients.
