2013 Highlander / Android Stereo Defective Display

Display fails to come on with key on.
Key on = screen goes from black to very dark gray.
Rest button quick push and system restarts and screen comes on.
Vendor sent a ZIP file to update, need a working USB port.
Both 4 and 6 pin USB installed, system not seeing them.
GPS works, Backup Camera works, Zlink/Android Auto works
