2 lbs ground beef
1 diced onion
5-6 stalks of diced celery
5-6 diced carrots
2 bags frozen peas
¾ container beef stock
½ tube of tomato paste
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
Lots of herbes de provence
Lots of Worcestershire sauce
2-3 tbsps sifted AP flour
4 Bay leaves
Salt
