Exploring Amerika Mura (Amemura) in Osaka - a little piece of America in Japan!

America-Mura is an area near Dotonbori with vintage clothing stores, independent record shops, street food and alternative fashion. It's centred around Triangle Park, and it's an alternative area where young people hang out. You can walk there from Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, so it's easy to visit while you're exploring the main areas of Osaka. It has a different atmosphere to other areas of the city, with indie shops and street art:

- Vintage shops with American clothing
- Triangle Park (Mitsu Park / Sankakukoen)
- Cute snacks and street food (like you'd find in Harajuku!)
- Big Step shopping mall
- Retro pinball arcade
- Lolita shops
