His tiny house costs 1/10th of normal home in Silicon Valley

Teja became interested in Tiny Homes when he needed his own place to quarantine during the pandemic, but couldn't afford the high cost of housing in Silicon Valley. So he bought and permitted the first legal tiny home in San Jose, California. It's luxurious and modern. He parks it in his parents' backyard so that he can be close to them to help out when needed.
