The new BOSS RE-2 Space Echo packs all of the classic sound and unique behavior of the legendary Roland RE-201 tape delay into a compact, board-friendly enclosure. Every bit of the original signal path is authentically recreated, from preamp coloration to tape path to the instantly recognizable spring reverb and everything else in between.

Choose from 11 unique modes and select from different combinations of the three virtual tape heads, with or without spring reverb. Dial in just the right amount of Wow & Flutter to add a touch of modulation or crank up the Intensity knob to push the RE-2 into self-oscillation. And just like the original RE-201 Space Echo, adjusting the Repeat Rate control will introduce gradual pitch changes.
