What to do with my old journals? I'd been asking myself that for years. This video is a capturing of how I let go on Winter Solstice (December 21, 2021). I had 150 journals that had been collecting since I was seventeen. I took songs lyrics and some special pages out of the books. But all the rest was tossed into the fire. Minus any plastic binding which I disposed of separately. This video includes a home recording of my song, "Throw The Story In The Fire," recorded in 2012.
