Lunch Italian Style | How the Italians Prepare a Family Meal in Italy

Last year I went to Florence, Italy to spend a week with my family. This was the first time I've seen them in over a year and they rolled out the spread! I usually have to strategize about how to consume this much food because if you just dive right in and eat as if it is a normal two or three-course meal, you will not make it to the finish line. Each course could be a meal unto itself and I want to taste everything!
