Box Alarm Structure Fire (HEAVY FIRE) Tinton Falls New Jersey 3/21/23

MC - Tinton Falls - 92 Periwinkle Cir - Working Structure Fire - BOX ALARM

Around 4:11 PM Monmouth County got a call for a reported house fire. The caller stated that her house was on fire. When police arrived they confirmed a working fire and said it was "fully involved". The box was then struck. First due engine 36-2-74 streched 3 hand lines two interiror and one exterior in the back where the C side was on fire. From the look of the fire it looks like it started out on the deck spread up the C side of the strucure and into the roof/attic space. Wannamassa 37-2-90 was setup with its bucket infront of the strucuture Asbury Park 83-1-89 beached the ladder next door and put the bucket up. Neptune 34 was standing by as RIT. Oakhurst 37-1 was also their operating. Due to the second story being compermised everyone was pulled out and master stream was put in service. There were two victims that reported to have smoke inhalation. No other injuries were reported. The casue of the fire is currently unknow and under investgation by the Monmouth County Fire Marshalls. Comapnys operated for around 2 hours before clearing up.
