NINJA WOODFIRE GRILL SMOKED SPATCHCOCKED CHICKEN! (Jailbird Chicken)

We're smoking a whole chicken in our Ninja Woodfire Grill today. We've spatchcocked it, removed the backbone and pressed it flat, to ensure even cooking. Then took it up a notch by giving it a quick sear on the grill to get those "jailbird" grill marks. The Woodfire Grill makes an amazing chicken for sure!
