Dairy free cashew ranch-
1/4 cup hemp seeds
3/4 cup cashews, both soaked in boiling water for 10 mins then drained
1 cup soy milk
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp liquid aminos or coconut aminos
2 dates
1 to 2 tbsp fresh dill or 2 tsp dried dill)
1 tsp garlic salt (or use dried chives and onion flakes)

Blend all ingredients from hemp seeds to dates for 1 min til smooth and creamy. Mix in the dill and onion salt in at the end so they dont get blended up.

Peanut ginger dressing-
3 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup water or a little more to get the consistency you want
2 pitted medjool dates
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 inch piece of ginger peeled
1/2 tbsp liquid aminos or soy sauce
optional pinch of red pepper flakes to make it spicy
