Going through the setting that have worked for me with the quest 3 using SteamVR. Turned everything down to low and full screen available now. Works much better, but still needs a little more work.

32GB RAM
7900XTX (Latest drivers as of 4/30/24)
Raid 0 4x Gen 4 NVME SSD's
Quest 3 using link cable at USB 3 speeds
