Kawasaki Z1000 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 headlight Bi-xenon projector retrofit installation instructions.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘂𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲:

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
0:01 Heat the headlight in a box, for about 12 minutes and open it
0:06 Screw the reflector loose of the housing
0:14 Place the Mini Gatling gun shroud on the projector and screw it on the RFL made bracket
0:58 Place the clips on the bracket and place it back in the housing
1:12 Clean the lenses and shrouds and put back the glass on the housing. Put it in the oven again for about 12 minutes
1:24 Screw the bulb holders on the projector
1:45 Cut of the wires what goes to the ballast (only for use in cars)
2:53 Pull all wires through the rubber caps so there can't come water in the headlight
3:20 Connect the wire harness to the + pool of the battery
3:23 Connect the ballasts to the wire harness
3:26 Plugs on a - pool of te battery or somewhere else to the frame
3:32 Use an extension wire to place the ballasts further away from the headlight if there's not space enough
3:35 And connect the bulbs
3:47 The H7 high light splitter connects both bi-xenon wires of the projectors to the incoming 12 volt signal of the original H7 plug

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆:
Retrofitting refers to the addition of new technology or features to older systems. These days there are a lot of people who put a simple plug & play xenon kit in their halogen headlight housing in an attempt to improve night vision and looks of their vehicle. In fact they don’t realize that their headlight beams are often worse than before. Night vision achieves relatively little improvement on night vision because of a poor beam pattern, which increases the blinding of other road users. This is because their headlight housings are designed for halogen and not xenon.

A true Bi-Xenon projector update is now possible for your car. Such an upgrade will significantly improve your light output from 700-2100 lumens to 2800 and 3500 lumens, without blinding other traffic with glare from your headlight. Upgrade your headlight OEM style!
