Best Upcoming Soulslike Games 2025

Hello indie gamers, 2024 is coming to an end, and I wanted to take a look at all the indie games slated for 2025, This year we had one a DLC of Elden Ring nominated for game of the year, and a crab souls-like called Another Crab's Treasure that didn’t make it into the nominated games I don’t know how because it was fantastic, next year we have a few soulslike game that look quite promising:

WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers is a chinese developed game and published by 505 games. I gotta be honest, the action rpg landscape is being stormed by some creative and fantastic looking chinese games, WUCHANG has grotesque and huge boss fights, action fast paced combat, it promises a rich story, great lore based in the late Ming Dynasty, it’s looking amazing and I can’t wait to try it out, it’s coming sometime on 2025 on PC, PS5 and Xbox.

If you are more into 2D souls like games, maybe take a look at Vapor World: Over The Mind, a game with atmosphere that reminds me of games like Lies of P, Vapor World promises Sekiro and Bloodborne based combat, so it’s gonna be hard, we can hide and strike enemies in their weak points, and learn new abilites. Vapor World is completly hand-drawn so it’s looking lovely, it’s coming out sometime in the future on all platforms.

Here you’ll find some games that are true souls like games, and others with some souls elements, one of these is Mark of the Deep a top down action adventure game, with metroidvania and souls-like elements, let’s check it out:
