The Witcher 3: Deleted scene in White Orchard, involving Geralt and Vesemir meeting Dune and hussar, as well as asking Dune about Yennefer. Also Vesemir mentions Geralt's habit of talking to himself. Including speculation as to why CDPR removed this.
