3 કિલો શક્કરીયાં માટે વાપરેલા મસાલા
અડધી ચમચી હિંગ
5 ચમચી ધાણાજીરું પાવડર
૨ ચમચી બેટુભાઈ નો ગરમ મસાલો
૩ ચમચી ગોકુલ નો મસાલો
૩ ચમચી લાલ મરચું પાવડર
૩ ચમચી મીઠું તમારે સ્વાદ મુજબ ઉમેરવું
૨ ચમચી હળદર

દાબેલી
૧ કિલો બટાકા
૧ ચમચી હળદર
૩ ચમચી ધાણાજીરું
૭ ચમચી ચંદુભાઈ નો દાબેલી નો મસાલો
૨ ચમચી મીઠું
૫૦૦ ગ્રામ ખજૂર આમલી અને ગોળની ચટણી
૨ ચમચી લાલ મરચું પાવડર
૩ ચમચી બેટુભાઈ નો મસાલો

મસાલા સિંગદાલ

1 કિલો છોતરા કાઢેલી ખારી સીંગ
2 ચમચા તેલ
થોડી હિંગ
2 ચમચી હળદર
5 ચમચી ધાણા જીરું
2 ચમચી લાલ મરચું પાવડર
2 ચમચી બેટુભાઈ નો મસાલો
100 gm ખાંડ
સ્વાદ મુજબ મીઠું
