Until PhoneSoap and other manufacturers have the chance to do a definitive test their products on COVID-19, the FDA has stated that UV-C light may be effective in inactivating the SARS-CoV 2 virus, which causes coronavirus. The bottom line is that if you are interested in using UV-C light to disinfect your personal items, you will have to consider the available research and data, and decide for yourself if this technology is right for you. In my humble opinion, there is no one solution or defense. We need to utilize all the weapons available to us, especially during the current pandemic, to keep ourselves and our families safe.
