Hello and happy Thursday everyone! Today I'll being taking you through a sequence that is leading into Compass and some variations as the peak posture. The class is designed to help you access more range of motion in the side body and also the hamstrings to have better access to this pose. Please listen to your body as you move through this flow and keep in mind there are some more advanced options here. I always try to give as many modifications as I can, but take things at your own pace and feel free to take breaks in Childs Pose whenever you need.
