This video is to introduce the layout and function of control board terminal.
For explain simply, we will disassemble the control board to illustrate.
There are two analogue input/two analogue output/five digital input/one high-pulse input/one open collector output and one relay output.

There are two Analogue input which is AI1 and AI2. GND functions as the common terminal.
AI1 can accept input of 0~10V or 0~20mA which can use the Jumper 11 to shift the current/voltage signal. AI2 can accept input of -10V~10V which the VFD provides the 10V signal as well.

There are two Analogue output which is AO0 and AO1. GND functions as the common terminal.
AO0 and AO1 can accept output 0~10V or 0~20mA which can use the Jumper J7 to shift to for AO0 and J6 for AO1.

There are five digital input which from S1 to S4 plus HDIA. COM functions as the common terminal.
24V and PW are short connected. You can remove the short connect between 24V and PW and out connect the power of 12V~30V. And at the same time it supports the connection of NPN or PNP. To set the parameters of P5 terminals to defy the difference functions from S1 to S4 plus HDIA.

HDIA terminal is high-speed pulse input and COM functions as the common terminal. The maximum output frequency is 50kHz. To set the parameters of P05.00 HDI input type selection and then you can shift the HDIA to digital input. After shift to digital input and the function will remain the same as terminals S1 to S4.

Y1 and S4 are output terminals which select by J10. When J10 to Y1 it works as open-collector output and the COM functions as the common terminal. You can select the definition to set parameter P06.01.

RO1 is relay output and RO1C function as common terminal. RO1A is solid open and RO1B is solid off. The contact capacity of the relay is AC 250V/3A, DC 30V/1A. You can define its function by setting parameter P06.03 relay RO1 output selection.

485+ and 495- are Modbus communication terminals and PE is grounded terminals.
Signal cable shield can be connected to this PE terminal.
