If you understand the Tenant move-in process, you will understand why it is vital that move-in photos are taken. There are a few reasons they need to be taken:
1. A thorough record of the condition of the house.
2. An inventory of common areas tenants damage that wouldn't normally be photographed.
3. Listing photos. While the house looks good, what better time to take listing photos for when the new tenant states they're going to move out? This way you can get the house listed early.

How many photos does your property manager take? My feeling is there should be 50-100 photos taken.
