How to treat crack & crevice, Tenement Buildings. Today I started the day doing a perimeter / common area treatment to a commercial building- here I do walk through and inspect the area for any activity of rodents or crawling insects. I chk the RTUS for activity. I treated a large building, here I treat all the common areas, hallways, elevators, laundry rooms, garbage chutes and compactor room. There a lot of units over 65 apts in this one building so its important to do inspect as we treat on a monthly basis. I ended the day on treating a building that I do bi monthly - most of the units are in good shape, but 2 units have too many people living in a small space and they are not very clean, im dealing with roaches and mice in both of the apartments .
