LA MARZOCCO GS3 MP - A Classic With One Major Flaw

La Marzocco refers to the GS3 as a "countertop legacy" due to it's shared DNA with the 1970's GS, which was the first dual boiler, and saturated group (or Gruppo Saturo) espresso machine on the market. But history is one thing, what about how the machine has evolved since its release in 2008? Well in this review I'll get into my experience with the GS3MP over the last seven months, and why I believe its a classic with one major flaw.
