A sudden Plan from Bardhaman to Howrah jn. on derailed Saraighat Express. As you can see the coach composition of the train is unique, because of the derailment of this train.
I'm already sad to hear this news, but the good thing also happened for a day.Because the run was restored and it was 7 hrs of delay. Due to accident happened with my favorite train, this rake was pulled by end-to-end WDP-4D locomotive.

Four coaches of Saraighat Special express derailed at Chaygaon

There was no report of any casualty in the incident.

According to the NF Railway, the 02346 Guwahati – Howrah Special Express which left Guwahati station at about 12-20 pm on Wednesday derailed at Km 136/5-6 near Chaygaon station at about 1-36 pm in the Guwahati — Goalpara — New Bongaigaon section under Rangiya division of NF Railway.

Four coaches of the train, including the pantry car, were derailed.

There was no injury and casualty reported.

Passengers of the affected coaches have been shifted to other coaches.

Accident Relief Train and Accident Relief Medical Equipment train immediately rushed to the site and senior railway officials from the NF Railway headquarter and Rangiya division were also rushed to the spot.
