Sacform is manufacturing Perforation Lines which are able to produce perforated sheet from various size of materials at various thicknesses and speed.
Coil Perforation (Coil Punching Line, Perforated Metal Production Line)
Perforation Line consists of Decoiler, Coil Loading Car, Straightener, Servo Feeder, H Frame Type Perforation Press, Perforation Mold, Corner Notching, Shear, Conveyors, Leveler, Stacking Systems. Depending on request, perforated sheet can be recoiled. Again, the customer can work with metal sheet, the line will be adapted according to sheet metal.
Various types of materials with thickness between 0.5 to 3 mm can be processed in our perforation lines. Aluminum, Copper, Cold Rolled Steel, Hot Rolled Steel, Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel, Nickel Alloys and Brass.
Perforation Patterns which are available to produce:
Round Holes in Square Arrangement, Round Holes (staggered) 45° & 60°, Slot / Long Holes in Square Arrangement, Slot Holes Staggered 45° & 60°, Hexagonal Holes, Square Holes, Clover Hoels and many others.
Perforated Metal is produced by punching different pattern and size holes on sheet metals. Perforated Metal is used in many field since it enables sound, air, light transmissivity as well as it’s light weight property.
