[NSMRS] Thermodynamic Anchoring/Delta 13 Returns! (2024 Recording)

The infamous Thermodynamic Anchoring is back in NSMRS in a *surprise hotfix*, now with automated activation without the need to manually activate and update the game. Alongside some other changes, Fuel Capsules 1 & 3 failed...again... What could go wrong?

Notes:
- This can ONLY be activated during December or January
- Delta 13 is STILL NOT be able to be activated
