Teach your horse how to handle his emotions while teaching your body to react correctly! “Now”

Learn how to raise your horses emotions and then calm them down. Teach your body and hands and legs to respond correctly to “the wreck” or the scary situation. After you do the “hot/cold” with your horse then have a friend sporadically yell out “now” shocking you and then go ahead and do the cold part of hot and cold. As long as you are “shocked” when they yell it out then you will teach your brain and body to react when something spooks your horse or scares you.
