There’s more than one way to hem a dress! What’s most important is to measure the distance from the floor to the bottom of the dress! NOT the distance from the waist to the bottom of the dress. I constructed this using my children’s Lego collection, a sharpie, and two twist ties. No need to spend money on unnecessary specialized tools for a task I do only a few times a year! Save that money for fabric! 😅💸
