Pizza Margherita recipe for 2 PCs

Pizza dough:
All-purpose flour - 350-370 g
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Dry Yeast - 1.5 tsp
Water - 230 ml
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

Tomato sauce for pizza
Tomatoes - 500 g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Salt and spices - to taste

Cheese for the filling
Parmesan - 100 g
Mozzarella - 250 g

Oven - 220-230 C / 450 F
Time - 7-10 minutes
