❤️Hello friends, the Punjabi Samosa is a snack that I can never say no to. This is one of the Potato Recipes that I love the most. Whenever someone thinks of Indian Food the Aloo Samosa definitely comes to mind. The Samosa is essentially a North Indian dish but now is enjoyed not only across the country but also across the world. In this vlog friends we made this in our kitchen and had lots of fun making it and then later we enjoyed these lovely samosas with our friends. Ingredients for Dough

Refined Flour 1 Cup

Oil 1/2 Cup

Carrom seeds 1 tsp

Salt as per taste

Little water


For Potato Mixture

Boiled potatoes

Oil for cooking

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp

Asafoetida 1/2 tsp

Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Garam masala powder 1 tsp

Salt as per taste 


For Sweet Chutney

Jaggery 2 cups

Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Salt as per taste

Ginger powder 1 tbsp

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp


For Green chutney

Tomatoes 2 medium

Green chillies 4

Garlic cloves 5

Green coriander leaves

Salt as per taste
