“It’s a very meaningful job to help people in hard times” - Firefighter/Paramedic Matt Barnick.

Barnick was born in Lompoc, California. In 2003, he joined the Sacramento Fire Department as a Paramedic Intern. Two years later, he was hired as a full-time Firefighter/Paramedic.

In the last two decades, not only has he been serving the residents of the City of Sacramento as a firefighter/paramedic, but he also plays one on television.

Barnick who is passionate about education and television production, has appeared on several television shows and Hollywood films.
