Front fork stabilizer for a Kawasaki chopper || Machining aluminium

Long choppers have usually some problems with the stability of the front forks - just because of the length. The most common solution is to make a support between the forks.

This one was made out of EN AW-7050 aluminium.
Part 3D-design and toolpaths were made with Mastercam X9.
Toolpaths and piece setups are far from optimal, but when there is only one piece to make, usually it is much more efficient just make it happen than fiddle around forever with small details.

The hypnotic music comes from an artist called MaJiKer.
