JNU’s visually impaired student Shashi Bhushan Pandey was thrashed by Delhi policemen on Monday along with fellow students protesting the fee hike in their University. “If you are blind, why are you protesting,” he was told by several policemen, who thought nothing of raining several lathis on his chest, despite his disability.
