Game of Thrones Red Wedding Lava Cake | Eating with Andy

A Red Velvet Lava Cake inspired by the Game of Thrones Red Wedding. The perfect dessert to make for your friends and to celebrate the final GOT season.

INGREDIENTS (Serves 6)
Lava Cake
3 eggs, room temperature
60g white sugar
120g white chocolate buttons
110g unsalted butter
55g plain flour
10g unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp red food coloring

Cream Cheese Topping
100g cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
15g powdered sugar

TIPS
With lava cakes I recommend to ALWAYS bake a tester. Every oven is different even the cupcake mold you’re using might be slightly different. Once you’re happy with your timing, pour the mix into your moulds!
