In this video I will judge the Biscotto Pizza Stone in the “OONI Karu 16” oven. I chose to make a simple pizza "Margherita" because the goal is how the dough will be baked.

In my opinion the Biscotto Stone is much better than the Original Stone for many reasons:

• The temperature can exceed more than 500°C (900°F)
• The Biscotto Stone is thicker and keeps heat longer
• The pizza can be baked perfectly on both sides (especially the bottom does not burn)
• Taste of the pizza is much better
